Returns:
We welcome full returns, as long as it is past market 10 days from when the item was delivered to you.
The customer is responsible from shipping cost incurred for returns and exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a store credit from your return the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
If 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind of clothes.
All discounted items, bodysuits, and accessories are final sale.
Ely’s Boutique will not be able to exchange any items that have been worn, washed or damaged.
The item had been odor free, with all tags attached.
We recommended contacting us if you have any question regarding sizing or any other aspects before making a purchase and avoid the return process.
If your item arrives damaged, take pictures of any defect and keep the original packaging, receipt and shipping label and contact us.

Refund:
Thanks for shopping at Ely’s Boutique as a small business we do not make refunds, only store credit, you will have up to 6 months to redeem your credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
Shipping:
As a small business owner, I do my best to process orders as soon as possible. All orders placed before 1:00 pm will be shipping out the same day.
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100 valid for U.S. orders.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order.
We process orders from Tuesday-Friday.
Once your order has been shipped a tracking information will be provided.
Ely’s Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you have the option of filling a claim through USPS.
Packaging:
Our clothes and accessories are shipping inside the polymailers bag.
These Eco-friendly and Bio-degradable polymailers are made with thick, durable materials to support any heavy weather condition to protect your merchandise.
If you need to make a return, please reuse the original polymailer, remove the original shipping label or place the return label on top of it.
